Today i decided to try and test my ability to run this morning. my left hamstring was super tight but other than that it was fine. I felt pretty comfortable running and it was not too much of a burden. Did first mile in 7:45 and then the second in 7:27-ish. I felt pretty smooth. I didnt want to push it too mcuh being it was my first attempt back and i still have a lot of way to go before i can really train like before.
