This ride left me dead. I think the Clenbuterol was taking a toll on me and causing me to overheat. I was struggling and had to stop at Mile 15 for some much needed water. I came through 15 in 50:12. then just chilled the next 5 as i was dead. I truly was gassed.I was glad when it was done. Still a solid ride. Im not sure if my glycogen stores were depleted or if i was just extremely dehydrated.
