Notes
This run was solid considering the mileage this week. The legs were a bit beat to crap and i did run around the same neighborhood i typically do on the weekend where i get to run on gravel roads for a couple miles but otherwise all my miles this week have been road miles. The pace started off slow at 8 minutes but then it gradually got a little faster
