Notes
this run was a bit of a surprise to me. I was bed ridden at like 4pm yesterday for reasons i am not sure. Felt sick and dead and so i wasnt sure what to expect this morning. Woke up with still a stomach ache but went out to Champs high school and planned on running around the neighborhood like normal. The legs were super sore and first few miles were slowwwww..The pace however ended up getting gradually better and went decent considering i didnt stop for water a ton since there were no water options around. Thankfully, it wasn't 90 degrees like normal. defintely went longer and better than i anticipated. Pleased with it.
