Notes
The run was decent. The best run i have had in at least 3 weeks. I started out at 8 minute pace and gradually picked it up. The splits were 7:55, 15:35, 23:06, 30:24. Actual splits are 7;55, 7:40, 7:31, 7:18. solid negative splits.
I was definitely thirsty as crap and should have gotten water bottle to use but didnt. I was pleased with 4 miles for sure as that is literally double my previous long run of 2 miles. Things are looking up for me.
