This lift was a great one. Its funny how much of a pump i was getting and i didnt even take a pump today. Hit some arms primarily today. Did some stretching and exercises to loosen up my hip and groin areas. I was even lifting more weight with the curls as i was curling 30lb db's. Warmed up today with a couple sets of pull-ups which i was surprised didnt hurt at all.
