This was a little surprising. I went out and my legs felt weird. Some leg muscles were sore from cycling but then the usual muscles i use for running were springy and recovered. haha So i felt heavy because my hamstrings were tight and pre-exhausted even before really getting out. So i could tell that running will be okay once i recover from biking.
