Tonight i was sore and tired but for some reason i still made it to the gym. I tried the new pump jhonny got me and it was good stuff. I did a little chest but stopped bc of my back. I hot legs for about 35 minutes before hitting arms again. Felt solid overall. Legs were so bad yesterday morning i was worried about them but i was able to get in about 4 sets on each leg exercise. Then hit tanning afterward.
