Tonight i was extremely beat up and in some pain. My achilles, and right hamstring were all jacked up so i figured the best thing to do was to keep moving around and prevent it from locking up. So i decided to hit the gym. The lift was actually solid and i felt it was worthwhile. I hit a variety of muscles. I tracked the first couple exercises and then stopped writing down what i did and just lifted.
