I am surprised i was even able to run this monring since i could barely walk last night and even when i woke up. My groin/hamstring/achilles were all jacked up bad. My achilles was the biggest issue this morning and the other two were the issues that destroyed my race last night. I used some Biofreeze on those areas and it allowed me to move. The pace was slow and just moving this morning. Most of the miles were slower than 8 minute pace and then somehow the last 4 did get a little faster. I felt dead and just lethargic and went further than i was aiming for but managed to somehow end up with 8. As dead as my legs were i ran the last mile in 7:19.
