Legs felt really dead and sore this morning. I had to stop at mile 2.4 and switch shoes as my black Nike's were killing my feet. I think my feet were swollen and it was too tight on them or something. Either way, it was far too uncomfortable to continue running in. Even tough i was tired and sore, i switched shoes and continued on running through the neighborhood for a few more slow miles. Fastest mile today was only 7:48 which actually surprised me because the first couple miles were like 8:40.
