This run was tough as the humidity was extremely brutal and hit me relentlessly. The pace went out conservative around 7:40 and i ended up picking it up slightly even with the weather and my already fatigued legs. the biggest obstacle was the dehydration i was battling. So tough.

I had to walk about a hlf mile back to the camper bc i literally couldnt go another step. I ws on the verge of puking from the heat.
