Notes
The weather was warm already. It was 75 degrees and 95% humidity, typical beach weather and swampy. I was super sore and tight from the long car drive yesterday but that did loosen up over the first couple miles. The pace felt a little tough starting out even at 7:30. I ran out 5 miles and came back. The last of water killed me and thank the Lord i found like a shower faucet thing at one of the beachside areas at mile 7 or i was not going to make it back. i was so extremely dehydrated it wasnt funny. I was really in trouble if i didnt find that. Overall, i am pleased with how it finished since i was dying for about half of the run due to the weather and humidity.
