This ride started off strong and decent but i noticed my energy and effort level change around mile 10. I started fatiguing and was able to pull through 17 miles. I did have to lower the intensity down one level and kept the rpm's high. The second portion was interesting as i was not only dead already but i start getting the over-exertion feeling where i thought there was a strong chance i was going to throw up. I fought through it and called it at 6 miles which was 6 more than i thought possible. haha
