I have been feeling really shitty recently and fatigued for some reason. I have not identified the cause just yet. Not sure if it is from training, getting sick, or what. So this run i decided to take a bit easier even though i started out at 8.2 mph. I wanted to just run a more consistent pace but i did gradually pick it up every mile or so. towards the end i was kind of trying to better the time from yesterday which caused the last mile to be pretty quick. I tracked every 2 miles instead of doing every mile.

You can see a steady increase throughout the run. Towards the end, i was so dehydrated and tired. I did maintain composure though.
