Notes

This run was done at the gym since it was below freezing and had 23 mph eiwinds out. I started off slow as i was beat up. The pacing was rough and i had to stop at mile 5 to stretch out my calf as my left leg was tightening up. the paces did gradually get faster but i could tell the last few days of good running have caught up with me.
