I felt tired and lethargic. Once I got going I thought I was riding decent but the pace was showing muh slower than normal. I am guessing I am beat up more than I thought. I just rode around the neighborhood and sterling Blvd. I didn't even bother hitting the WO&D since there has been so much bike traffic and walkers it makes it annoying.
