Ran around my neighborhood and onto the WO&D trail towards Ashburn. I was tired so I started slow and sort of picked it up a little. Went from around 7:30 first mile and last few were mid 6 with the last being 6:17. I am very happy I didn't stay the night at Jaime's as I found out that I-66 had a bad accident and traffic was a parking lot for hours. So a decent run considering the fact its been a crazy week. Leg were sore and the weather is finally getting chilly.
