Notes
This morning the weather was a slight drizzle and very cloudy/humid out. The temps were nice though as it was 59 degrees. I tried running and felt my glute , specifically my piriformis tighten up a good bit already at 0.25 miles into the run but i kept pushing through it and kept going in hope that my entire leg wouldnt lock up. Thankfully, it didnt get a ton worse and i was ale to continue on and just ran slow.
