This run was rough as this morning left me feelin like crap the whole day. The weather really took a huge toll on me and beat me up. I felt weak and really run down from the heat and humidity. The miles tonight were slow as i took a really hilly route, which i didnt think about beforehand. I was happy that at least 2 miles were under 8 minute pace, but only by a few seconds.
