Tonight i decided to hit legs, which is ironic since my legs were already completely dead. My thought process was that doing heavier weight or something non-cardio focused would stimulate them in a different way and hopefully promote some recovery. At least i have felt a somewhat similar effect in the past. Started with lat raises and then was like "f it, lets hit legs".
