This run was rough as my legs were fried from this weeks running and it felt as if they were depleted of glycogen. I wanted to get a workout in since the weather was a little warmer. It didnt go as i expected since my legs were in poor condition. I did 5 mile warmup and then did a mile hard, which left me winded. I felt awful and just did a cooldown, which was still rough as i was tired and legs were crap.
