Didnt even get in my second lunch so i went into the gym pretty low on calories especially after my 36 mile ride this morning. I knew if i pushed the lift off longer i was likely not going to make it. Had a decent upper body session tonight. Focused on chest and back and even threw in biceps for the last 10 minutes.

Back was tight as heck after tonight. Need to figure out how to loosen it up
