Notes
I was a bit sore and stiff this morning. My glute and hamstring were a bit tight as well as my back muscle that has been giving me some issues. Overall, the miles started slow but maintained throughout. I felt extra dehydrated this morning and my mouth felt like cotton even after the first 1/2 mile.
