This morning I ran around Algonkian Park in sterling. The weather was mid 30' but with heavy winds. The winds made it brutal at times so I tried staying out of the open areas the best I could. The miles started off slow at 8:15 and then dropped below 8 min. The miles were a bit boring as there is not much going on in that park and not much scenery. I did a lot of roads and doubling back around the golf course parking lots. The miles felt better as I went on and I was able to hold a better pace than most the recent runs. My last mile was even 6:51. I set put to only ru a couple since I felt so sick last night, but it turned out better than expected.
