I ended up hitting arms today. I did a lot of volume and sets today as I increased the weights with each set. I did a lot of traditional curls, machine curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, tricep extensions, tricep rope pulldowns, and dips with the pullup bar and dip machine. Solid lift tonight
