Madcow Friday
Long workout - I found the fan and it helped - but I was still completely soaked in sweat about 2/3 of the way through. Squats were a little tougher than usual due to the bike mileage from a lunch ride and an after dinner ride. Bench and rows were good. As usual, I'm super-setting the dips, the curls, and the skull crushers. I added the chest flys near the end - not sure they are worth the time for building muscle - but they sure give a nice stretch to the chest and shoulder muscles - felt good.
