Hands, feet, seat - they are a system. And I'm high.

Obviously, the mechanics are the same on a single speed, but I can really feel the different muscle groups kick in as the terrain changes. On the geared bike, I (we?) tend to keep the cadence pretty high, so the same muscle groups are getting hit. My legs are tired in a whole new way and after only 6 miles.
