Really windy out there. This was 12 x 0.25miles. This worked out perfect for my achilles. It felt great the whole time. Left calf would get tight near the end of the run segments. The 0.1mile walk breaks were enough to loosen it back up. I also avoided doing any running on the steeper uphills.
