Week 8, Day 2

Little balance issue in Trikonasana B. SSDD

The Manichyasana A,B,C,D were definitely a difficulty level up. That twist feels so fucking good though.

I used to "feel" my lower back, but now that I've started doing week 8, I'm feeling my hip flexors and my glutes seem too tight.

This yoga business seems to energize me. I *really* need to work on getting it done in the early morning soon.
