Usual WU (3x5 GS, Halo, HB - 3x6 Pushups) in 11:14 then 1min rest.

100 swings (4 sets of 1H 12KG, 4 sets of 2H 16KG, 2 sets of 1H 12KG) in 6:19 and then 1min rest.

TGUs in 8:50 (1 of 12KG, 3 of 16KG, 1 of 12KG) then 5+ min rest.

Decided to go ahead and try Pavel's deadlift and press program after the S&S stuff. So using my maxes from last week, I started with 3x135, 5x170 and 5x160 DL, and 5x45, 5x100, 5x90 BP. The goal for this is 5 days a week. So I will try to keep this in sync with the S&S for simplicity.

Right now, I'm just taking rest days when needed, but I'd like to get things to the point where the KB and weights were Monday through Friday with weekends off. I need to re-read the S&S book, because I think the long term goal is to get to 7 days a week with the odd rest day as needed. But I feel like 5 days per week would be a great start to letting me adapt to the workload.
