10 minute walking warmup. Then 8 x 3min run/5min walk. Kept the running real easy and felt great all the way through.

My monkey brain wants to ramp up to more running NOW. But since I can see my HR hitting tempo/interval levels while I'm just jogging easy, we'll just keep doing this as a "workout" and maybe try to do it twice a week instead of once.
