I felt like I could have done all the swings @ 24KG, but not trying to overload myself, so stuck to the plan.
During the presses, my shoulders were okay during the 20s, but I wasn't feeling the 24, so I just did another 2 sets of 20s.
Felt like I wanted a little more bench, so 2 more sets the same as yesterday. Legs still a tad sore, so did not add in the DL.
