Week 6, Day 4

Had to skip yesterday due to dental surgery. Relatively pain free today so gave it a whirl.

Everything was good except for some balance issues in both revolved standing postures, and a touch on the actual balance postures at the end of standing series. On the plus side, I think I have everything memorized now. I did hit the video again, just for a refresher on the verbal cues and to change it up.

The main thing I've been noticing on the revolved standing postures is how tight my glutes and outside hips are. I think that's what preventing me from getting all the way into "the twist" and contributed to today's balance issues. Too late today, but tomorrow, I may consider doing a brief hip series as a warmup.
