Week 6, Day 2

5x A, 3x B, All standing, first 6 sitting.

First time I haven't used the videos. Did Sun A+B+Standing from memory, did sitting from the cheat sheet.

I used a meditation app to play soft rain sound. Very nice.

I felt a lot less rushed, even though the pacing was very similar to the video led sessions.

Very little balance issues today.

My first mat is wearing out - it's also time for it to have a bath too.
