Notes

Increased the tire pressure - seemed to feel less draggy but definitely noticed the bumps more. All good for now I think.

Raised the seat about 2 miles in - seemed to better initially. No hamstring pain but big butt pain by the end. Think I'll leave the seat for a bit and see how I adapt.

The grips have to go though - even a little sweat makes them pretty slippery.

And I need to figure out my hands getting numb and sore. I know I need gloves and maybe new grips will help, but it almost feels like I'm putting too much weight on the bars.
