Usual WU in 10:19. Feels good at about this speed.

Was feeling good during the first couple sets of swings, so I went 10R, 10L, 10R, 10L, rest for just a little bit (HR was in low 140s), repeat (HR topped at maybe mid 140s), then final 2 sets. BOOM 4:47. First time beating the 5 minute standard. Then 1 min rest and TGUs in 7:52. First time doing the whole thing and hitting all the times. Pretty stoked.

Plan for next week is to move up to the next size KB on TGUs, but stay on the same one for swings until I nail it 4-5 more times - then the swings can move up too.

Then a 2 min rest and 2 more sets of 5 pushups for a total of 25. Not sure if/when I want to add the barbell stuff back in, but I definitely want to put a little more focus on more pushups per set. While it's nice I can get 25 pushups, I still feel like a pussy that I can't get more than 7-10 in a set.
