5 A, 3 B, All Standing

Got a little bit out of breath, in between A & B and again near end. Got way sweatier than normal too.

Other than that, both revolved positions - both sides - left was worse - were wobbly. As was Tree and the position before it (only on L).

Even with the sweat this shit feels great. Doing it everyday has started wearing off the shininess - getting where I don't love starting, but once I get going, I love the process and the calmness of the breath.

Oh yeah, my left hand hurt a little during A but got better - maybe I got better at babying it?
