5 A, 3 B, All Standing

Slowed things down a little during A & B. Slowed down a LOT (going from 5 regular to 10 slow) in all of the standing poses. That was definitely different - especially in the 4 forward folds.

Slowing down was a good move. Been feeling tighter/heavier recently. I need to get on the normal rest day pattern for this instead of trying for everyday. I was really only doing that to set the habit hook. Now that's set, time to slow down a little to last longer term.
