Saratoga went well! Now let's keep the ball rolling into the winter. I'd like to hit up a couple meets at BU and the Armory. First step is building mileage up to 80+ miles per week. That's something I've never really been able to do, especially post-collegiately. If not now then when?
My goal is to hit 70+ by the end of October. Survey says.....?
