Another failed attempt. After last Monday mornings calf issues it took much of the week before it started feeling better, but over the past 3 days it has felt 100% so I decided to give it a go this morning. I hydrated really well yesterday just to make sure that wasn't the issue I was having with my calf.
I took it really easy and everything was feeling good until 1/2 mile when it once again started to knot up again. I immediately stopped and turned around and walked home. It wasn't nearly as painful as it was last Monday morning, but it was the same pain. I am not sure what is going on with it, and am getting really frustrated.
