Notes
Went out for 6+ miles late this afternoon since my daughters both ran in a XC meet thing morning. I am liking the days getting cooler which means I can run in the afternoon as well if needed.
Was supposed to run at marathon pace but went out a bit quick. Tried to slow it down a bit, but didn't get it as slow as what I wanted to. Trying to slow it down really messed up my pacing and I was all over the place as you can see :)
