Notes

I was expecting this to be an easy 8 mile run. Well, when I start the app, Jeff informs me that I'm doing 'speed work' today. So, I did 4 acceleration gliders followed by 8...count them...8 1/2 mile intervals. So, run for 1/2 mile and then walk for 3 minutes. This took care of 4 miles of the run.
