Notes
Went home for fun today (and for laundry, and to start my teaching practicum at Coon Rapids Middle tomorrow) and ran from home to and around the grass at school, and on the track for a couple laps and strides on the infield. My legs are really starting to come around now, and my shins didn't hurt while running today, which is a drastic change from yesterday. I'm pumped for training this week, and for Conference on Saturday.
