Nice long run at Stevens Point with the guys. Their trails are amazing, and I loved the long run. Shins were intensely sore through the first half of the run, which made it almost unbearable to stop and start, though they felt better later. A little worried about them, but I felt solid on the run, though just tired all around. Great weekend!!!
