Notes

11miles long bridge loop+ from train station. Dragging along this morning, got up too late to do anything other then put on shoes, drive down to train station and get out and run. Ran out of time so had to cut the run 1mile shorter then planned.

Make sure u rest up Jason if u r feeling run down. I had a similar thing to hit me Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that caused me to back off a little. There is no run at this point that is going to help on Sunday, so take the rest if that is what the body needs. You've put too much into training for the last several months to jeapordize the great marathon your capable of running on Sunday. I hope u get to feeling better soon J-Man!
