Notes

So I wasn't in a lot of pain today. It was pretty sweeeeeeeeeeeeet. I was excited. So excited that I decided it would be a waste of my mileage allowance not to get some speed in there, so I ran a 1200, just for fun. And it was okay. I felt pretty strong, but then again, everyone else had already run two of them, so I mean, I guess compared to them I was still pretty fresh. But still. I felt like I was flying. It made me happy. I also wanted to run hard to get my fat ass back into shape, and so far I lost three pounds, so I'm excited about that too. I'm worried about the rest of the girl's team though...because they are headed straight for where I am right now. Training through pain is very very easy to do, and Slichter is putting tons of pressure on them right now, so they're not going to stop when it hurts, and they're not going to heal, and before you know it, they will be exactly where I am.

Geez, and I still feel like it's all my fault that Old Mill is beating us because I was faster than both Kayla and Laine in July, and it would sure help if I still was, and I should be. But I'm not, and I can't be, and if I was, we might have a better chance of going to states this year. Yargh.

GRRR AND THE MIT COACH EMAILED ME AGAIN!!! I need to say something to that man...but WHAT?
