So today was pretty much a result of me being tired. I really can not handle three hours of sleep a night all week long every week, it's really taking its toll. I can't even imagine what the rest of this year is going to be like if this is what it's going to be like all year. And that did not make any sense at all. But whatever. But today, bottom line, I was tired, and then what do I do? Go and work even harder. Gosh I'm stupid. No wonder my body hates me. But like, it didn't hurt too too bad, and it felt good to get some longer strides in, so I thought a bit of speed might be a good idea. And besides, I still would like to drop a few pounds. But I was really tight afterwards. Oy vey.
