Notes

Don't remember a lot, I forgot to update until today (Sunday). I did a mostly upper body day, which requires a large amounts of variations on crazy pushups with weights and other such crazy stuff. Oh, and there were crunches too. Many many many crunches. Gonna feel that in the morning. Quads were pretty sore from the workout on Monday and then the two miles from the day before, so that's why I did upper body stuff. Yahoo.
