Started with a 10 minute warmup on the elliptical, then went through stretches, then started in on an intensive ab/upper body workout. I did way more stuff that I put down, but I honestly just can't remember it all because there's so much, and a lot of stuff is really similar. I did something with my triceps with 3 lb hand weights and an exercise ball, but I don't remember what it was enough to describe it, but oh well. The list above is just essentially highlights, or things that have the potential to make me sore tomorrow morning. Bleh and I have to go back tomorrow and do a lower body workout. Because that's just what I need. Haha.
